GloriaFood announces the end of its products and services on 30 April 2027. The notice appears on its official website. For your restaurant, the preparation is practical: keep your menu, choose the next ordering journey and replace the links customers use.
This article is published by CommandeIci, which offers an alternative for pickup orders paid at the business. It separates the publisher’s announcement from our suggested preparation steps.
Which date matters for your account?
Oracle’s March 2026 FAQ, version 1.0, explains that paid services may end when their final renewal expires, before the general deadline. It also provides a 30-day data-retrieval period after expiry, termination or cancellation.
Check each module’s expiry date in your account. Use the chat in your restaurant or partner portal for questions. Keep a dated copy of information relevant to your transition.
Does Oracle suggest a replacement?
GloriaFood’s current homepage introduces FoodAmigos as a provider to consider and links to it. That mention does not replace checking your own requirements. Compare pickup, payment, delivery, menu options and the tools your staff actually use.
CommandeIci is independent of Oracle and GloriaFood. Our current offer covers a public menu, orders received in the merchant dashboard and payment at the business. To assess it, start with the GloriaFood alternative page and the demo.
What should you prepare while access still works?
A copy of the menu and its rules
Keep useful names, descriptions, categories, prices and photos, along with sizes and extras. Record mandatory selections and configurable-product combinations. Retain the opening times and pickup instructions you want to bring across.
Ask GloriaFood which exports are available for your account. Preserve useful customer, order and invoice records in your archives. Retrieving records and importing them into a new tool are different operations: check what each provider actually supports.
A list of the links customers use
List your website’s ordering button, Google Business Profile, social-profile links and printed materials. Scan QR codes to check the encoded address. You will then know which destinations you control and which materials need replacing.
Your team’s requirements during service
Ask the person receiving orders what they need to see: products, options, total and pickup organisation. List payment, delivery, till and reservation requirements separately. This prevents choosing a tool for its menu alone without checking the rest of service.
What is the right switching sequence?
- List required functions and your account’s expiry dates.
- Preserve the menu and retrieve useful records while access remains available.
- Prepare the replacement journey with your products and their options.
- Check ordering and reception with the staff who will run service.
- Replace verified links and printed materials progressively.
- Manage the end of old services under your account’s terms.
This is a proposed method, not a migration already completed for your establishment. The CommandeIci migration guide details menu and link checks. It does not promise automatic transfer of GloriaFood customers, historical orders or settings.
Try CommandeIci with your menu
You can create your menu for free after checking that pickup with payment at the business fits your workflow. Menu viewing is unrestricted; a confirmed account is required to submit a real order. Customers see the summary and tracking on screen; no order email is sent.
CommandeIci is free for everyone until 2027, with no subscription or CommandeIci commission and no payment card required. No future price, precise start date for paid access or automatic charge is announced. The current offer is not a promise of permanent free access. Device, connectivity, payment-terminal and printing costs remain separate.
FAQ
Has GloriaFood already closed for every restaurant?
The official notice sets the end of service on 30 April 2027 and states that existing customers will be supported through that date. Check your account’s own expiry date, particularly for paid modules.
Should I wait until April 2027 to change my links?
First prepare the new menu and check the journey with your team. Replace links once the workflow has been validated for your restaurant, taking account of current service expiry dates.
Does moving to CommandeIci preserve existing customer accounts?
The CommandeIci guide covers rebuilding the menu and replacing links. It does not automatically transfer customer accounts or historical orders. Keep useful records separately and assess your establishment’s requirements.
